I like the Sacagawea dollar coin. The different state quarters are next.

I love the Kennedy half dollar.
Its has the heft of real money, not light and flimsy like a quarter or that awful dollar coins that feels like a quarter.
It has great detail in the sculpting of the president. And also, it immortalizes the one president in our moderen times that had great potential, even more than Clinton ever had in his prime.
The world would of been a better place if he had lived to make it a better place, he had the vision and the nerve to do what was right for all americans and for the world too. But fanatics took him away - the same fanatics that are running this country now. Who really don't care that the world we have now is dying, deny it it you must, but the facts are in the news, a little here a little there it all adds up.
J. F. Kennedy would of made a difference I think.

For American coins, my favorite has always been the half cent minted between 1793 and 1857. I just like the way it reminds me how much inflation we have had, as it is much larger and heavier than our current 1 cent piece. For current coins, I like the nickel. It has some weight and size to it that is much greater than its denomination would indicate. Also, I think Jefferson was a renaissance man, and many people do not know of his achievements besides being President, (introduced ice cream to America, University of Virginia, etc.)

Coins, I don't really have a favorite. My favorite bill was one of the french franc notes, I think the 50 francs, which had a picture of the Little Prince of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's book.

Pennies are nearly worthless these days and should be abolished. They take up valuable time and resources.
Sorry! to all the nostalgia folks! :o)
