Ok hun, first of all the clitoris is not "on" a vagina. The vagina is where you stick your package. It's a passage leading to the uterus.
With that said, it's underneath the clitoral hood at the "top" of a woman's vulva, underneath the folds of skin called mons. It's a little wrinkly knob thing. Explore a little bit... you'll know when you've found it ;)
