The popularity game is dangerous, and you should watch yourself. Popular "friends" tend not to be loyal. They'll judge you on what you wear, what you eat, where you go, how you think, etc. They'll tell everyone your secrets in order to gain more popularity for themselves.
Do what you want, but ignoring old friends because you've fallen in with a more popular crowd usually turns out very badly, and you'll have no one to console you when the new friends turn on you.

You ditched your friend just because you got popular? She doesn't need friends like you as it sounds like you were just using her in the beginning. Nothing wrong with having different things to do, but if you were a real friend to her you still would be but you would just have other things to do also. But you sound stuck up and she deserves better friends than you. Your true colors are showing

OMG.you have like the same problem i dealt with before, and i mean SAME. well i think u just shouldn't b friends with her. u really don't like her right? because once u break up, it's hard to be friends again. well, she's not popular either so it won't bring much of a hassle unless she has a LOT of dorky/normal friends that might try to have revenge on you. just tell her that u're not interested in being friends with her anymore, or if she's bringing u back from popularity, just say we shouldn't be friends, end of question. hope this works!:)

She probably does not want to hang around with you because you cannot write English. Pay attention to your studies and learn English! What is your problem? You are the dork......DUH!!!

Wow, popularity sure isn't going to get you a decent grade in English class, that's for sure.
You have turned into one of "those" chicks.
Sucks to be you.
You're ex-friend is way better off without you girly.

Try to include her in at least one thing you are doing with your new friends and see how she acts. You might change your mind. She sounds like she just wants to be your friend.

Why does popularty matter?? You shouldn't have to ditch friends to be popular. What your doing is mean. Just because she may not be popular doesn't mean you have the right to treat her like crap. You don't deserve a friend like her.

you guys can still be friends. even though you two don't hang out any more. just be regular friends. its better than being enemies. just remember when you weren't popular she was there for you . well its your choice and whatever you choose its up to you.

Just gradually start making new friends. Eventually, she'll get the hint and start making her own too.
