I'am talking with this guy he seemed niced and all. And today at my locker i was getting my books heading for class and the guy im talking to came beside and was holding on to my waist pinching me on the side really HARD!! Just because i give my favorite Brian a hug. he though i was flirting with him! I want to tell someone but if he does this to me think of what he will do if i TELL someone!!! And i try and try to aviod him! and he is like i will be watching u! And i dont like him!!! I like someone else and his name is Mark. the other guy messing up my relationship with Mark because he thinks that i go with the other guy but i dont want him i want Mark and he wants me but the ONLY thing in the way is this guy!!! Oh, and he told me that i would hurt me but he did!

You need to tell him to leave you alone. If he puts his hands on you again, tell your parents so they can get the school and the authorities involved.

You need to get in contact with your school officials. It seems like this guy has stalker issues. Don't let him get in the way of you and Mark starting a relationship. If he try's anything else YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO FILE A POLICE REPORT especially if he harms you physically or makes treats. If he pinched you on your side you can claim sexual harassment.
Make sure you have witnesses if he had threatened you,
Have you told this guy that you don't like him and you do not want to have anything to do with him.

If you don't know what to do by now. I will probobly guess he will be the guy you will marry in the future. Tell a grown up that you can trust, and stop giving out free hugs. It sends the wrong message. Especially to a young boy who has no control of his own self esteem and hormones.

explain to the other you do not have the same feelings for him as he does for you
if he wont leave u alone still then talk to someone get help coz he would be considered a stalker

tell whoever you have to, parents, police, etc. get away from this guy. You will end up in the morgue and he will end up in prison. This is for real. Tell everyone to help keep him away from you. The worst thing you can do is keep quiet. He knows this and that is why he threatens to hurt you if you tell anyone.

the problem was you.it doesn't mean you dont like that guy u can be rude to him just treat him like any other guy.dont be nice only with the man u like.i guess u can explain with the guy u like the he's just someone you know nothing's going on between both you.,instead of being rude.

if you have any older brothers or cousins and your dad is around now is the time to get them involved, i grew up with brothers and guys thought twice before screwing me over. he may or may not care if an adult tells him to stop bothering you. i had to threaten this jerk that was trying to do that to my daughter, she never had a problem out of him after that, other than him telling her he thought i was crazy..... good luck and don't let him hurt you again

tell him to buzz off or u could get a psychiatrist to help him, or tell a principal. just tell him to go hang out with someone else. something that also helps is buy pepper spray, that ALWAYS works.
