I cannot get enough blue cheese. Just writing about me gets me all saucy in the mouth. Yummy yum yum.

Edam cheese from Holland, this mellow, savory cheese has a pale yellow interior with a red or yellow paraffin coating. It's made from part-skimmed milk (40 percent milk fat) and comes in spheres that can weigh anywhere from 1 to 4 pounds.
Very tasty.

the one that's made with milk and taste like its been marinating in a cow for a very long time I cant say enough for cheese because I'm a cheesy wheezy cheesy lover.

I really like all cheeses. Provolone, cheddar, muenster, colby jack, swiss, and my least favorite is American cheese.

THIS IS THE BEST QUESTION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think there isn't a cheese i don't like. But I do eat colby-jack everday and string cheese. There isn't a day that goes by that i don't eat cheese.
