All that and you're still thinking about someone else. That is as unselfish as it gets. I hope he appreciates you for who you are. You shouldn't have to prove ANYTHING.

Believe it or not, you will make it through.
Keep remembering why you are doing it - so you and your family can have a better life. How great is it that your daughter will learn that good things come to those who work hard at what they want?
As far as keeping your significant other happy, just remember it's the little things that count. And when he's having trouble with the schedule, remind him of what you are both doing it for.
It will pay off in the end.
Good luck.

Well, I worked full time in a foundry and went to school full time. I existed on 4 hours of sleep or less. My significant other took over everything - cooking, cleaning, shopping, laundry - everything and he never whined about it once.
You can block out some time with him that is sacrosanct, but you both need to understand that this is crunch time for you and that it won't last forever.
Now go and learn to become an excellent nurse!

Maybe share in alot of your activities - like ask him to help you study by quizzing - or both of you sharing daughter time - he can help clean the house, and run errands.

Try planning a certain day each week for just the two of you, whether you can do it all day or just for a few hours. He must understand that your career and daughter come first. He should be supportive.
