the cooling fans are controled by some kind of temperature switch. this will be submerged somewhere into the engine block or near the radiator. also it could be a bad relay. you need a wiring diagram.

you have a sensor on it. it usually right there at your thermostat it tells the fans when to come on and when to cut off. it probably has gone bad. also you might want to check the fuse. you should have one for the cooling fans in the fuse block or you may have a in line fuse.

If they are controlled by the same themostat check to see if the thermostat has failed or maybe just a broken wire. Any way you will need a meter to check it out

you'll find a switch under the bonnet at the very front, just near the grill,
use it
