Does it really matter what the odds are if you already know that it's a possibility? Would you still do it if the chances were 50/50? Doing so needlessly only demonstrates to others your level of maturity, or the lack thereof!

If you are playing with matches, let go of the match before you get burned (but try not to drop it on any paper material or on the ground outside).

If you are dealing with a bonfire, it is best to steer clear of it and not even try and touch it. Why would you play with a bonfire anyway? Just play with a regular fire. No wait, that's not good...

..Speaking metaphorically,.. I, personally, could 'toy' with fire all the day do long and most likely not get burned at all.. and rather (more than not) give the fire bearer a taste of his own disdain.
.. Speaking literally,.. i would base that determination on the intent and purpose of the 'play' in question. If it had a solid basis, my answer would be to say, .. occasionally.
.. Speaking literally, without purpose and just a fools game, I would declare "most likely you will get burned".
!!!!!!!!

Depends on how long you play. The longer, the more likely you are to get burned.

On a long enough timeline, I think your chances are 100%. On a much shorter scale, your mathematical odds depend on how careful/careless you are and the number of times you play.

Two probabilities, you either burn or you don't. It's a one out of two... 50 percent chance of getting what you probably deserve. Undoubtedly a 100 percent foolish stunt.

Playing with fire no matter what the fire is , you will get burnt if not played fairly or truthfully. playing with fire are many different things, such as cheating, doing mean things , illegal things.

The chances are very likely. If you don't get burnt you won't learn. Murphy's law states that if anything can happen it will.

All depends on how quick you are. If you're slow, you will get burnt, sometimes badly. If you're quick and agile, you could avoid pain and still make the flames dance.
