so my period isnt supposed to be here until the 28th, so three days from now. but today i am getting lower ab pain, and shooting pains through my pelvic... no implantation bleeding though. So because there is no bleeding i doubt it is implantation. what else could it be? Also today, for no reason, i just started sweating, and feeling dizzy, and nauseas, and shaky, but it went away after 20 mins. my husband and i stop thinking about getting pregnant because it was to much stress... so i doubt i'm pregnant. but what else could it be?

Could be simple PMS.

Could also be implantation too. There sometimes isn't enough blood to notice.

Could be a mild stomach virus.

Anyway, Good Luck. I'll be crossing my fingers for you.

I had pains like that too once, only after a while I started to get a fever. For me it was acute pelvic inflammatory disease. It was mild a couple days, starting with lower back pain and built up to abdomen pain, and your listed symptoms. The last day progressed so quickly I had to go to the ER for antibiotic injection. If that sounds like you now, you might not be able to wait for a gyno appt (like me).
Another idea would be that maybe you are pregnant ,but maybe its an ectopic preg. Those are very dangerous so if you have those sharp pains again and more frequently, see a doc right away. Hope your ok.

as for the pelvic pain it could just be that your body is getting ready for your period. the sweating, dizziness, nausea and shakiness could be from low blood sugar.

you could have a stomach virus - a 24 hour stomach flu has been passing through my area, so it could be something like that. could also be that this is just your body getting ready for your period - if you have been stressed out lately, sometimes your body responds to starting your period in different ways (such as more pain). so this could be your body's way of showing stress as well.

Could be a virus and you're attributing it to being pregnant. If you really can't handle waiting a couple of days to find out one way or another, then get a blood serum test done from your doctor.
