I left my last husband in 11/05, filed for divorce in 1/06, and it was final in 4/06.
I didn't waste any time at all.

And I've been with someone else for 9 mos, living together, happy as could be. And I DEFINITELY want to marry this man. But he's divorced, too, his took quite a while and he dated four women in the 2yrs after his split before he met me.
I met him while I was still with my husband, tho it was already long on the rocks.
I'm ready to marry again but my bf wants to wait.
Everyone is different.

I was separated for 2 months before I filed. But I knew the minute I left that it was what I wanted. The court made me wait for 1 year before we went to court.

Ask him if he will provide you 40% of the pension and that you'll be able to both report for an uncontested divorce. after all do not forget that legal expenditures WILL run in the thousands and probably 10's of thousands in a bloody divorce. and also you ought to both loose on the peace of concepts area. maximum important theory i'll signify is to hit upon a monetary stability aspect mutually and then get a legal professional mutually (one legal professional will do) or perhaps as in the technique of divorce make certain in case you want to go back for your maiden call as in the course of the technique of assigning sources you may wrap each thing right into a similar legal kit. My ex and that i did in basic terms what i'm suggesting and we both walked away with funds in tact and peace of concepts. My youthful brother took the bloody divorce direction and after 2 or 3 years of struggling with wound up emotonally wrecked and broke. Oh certain, did I aspect out the attorneys made out like a bandit...
