Whenever I go on a site, a message pops up saying "explorer.exe has generated errors and will be restared by windows" then everything closes. How do I fix this and why is it doing that?

The problem is that your not using Firefox. Switch.... now.... while you still can!

sounds like a nasty virus has done this, in your anti virus you should have a scanner , you should scan you whole pc also try and get an other pc witha wroking explorer.exe and just copy it in to the SAME location or re-install your OS like i did.

memory crashes a lot around 25% of the disk left free for use.

check ScanDisk / Disk Defragmenter (if it won't work you need to reformat the disk - kill everything there)

it is possible that you have a virus. i would do a virus scan asap!
