I'm now 4 weeks pregnant... and I could take a pill and everything would stop. I'm a very strong Christian though, and I'm not sure if this would go against the principles of my faith to undergo this... any opinions???

Yes, this would go against the principles of your faith. As a Christian you believe that life is scared and only God has the right to end it. Aborting your 4 week child, is killing it, thus against the Christian faith.

What you would stop is your son or daughter's life. Your baby's heart began beating at just 3 weeks. She is alive, growing, and depending on you, her mommy, for love and protection.

Do you know how RU-486 works? It blocks a hormone needed to maintain the lining of your womb. This makes the lining break down, cutting off your baby's nourishment and causing her to starve to death inside your womb. Then, another chemical is taken, causing hard contractions which push the dead baby out of your womb. Please don't do this to yourself and your child. Did you also know that at least twelve women have died so far from RU-486 abortions? See:

If you are a Christian, then you must take God seriously when He says, "Thou shalt not kill." The Bible even says that God "hates hands...that shed innocent blood" (Proverbs 6:16-19). No one is more innocent than your child. He or she has done nothing to deserve death. If you are a true Christian, you will show it by your actions as well as y our words. Remember 1 John 2:4: "The one who says, 'I have come to know Him,' and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." These are strong words, but they are not mine, but God's. Listen to them.

Throughout the Bible, the unborn child is shown to be equal to the born child in God's eyes. To learn more about Biblical perspectives on abortion, read:

In my opinion abortion is the same as killing but an innocent one (I can't imagine, I'm sorry). As a Christian, you should know what great responsibility you already have. Everything you agreed to is all up to you and its huge responsibility lies just before and after... Your faith is being tested by your own actions. God Bless You!

RU40 is what I think U are speaking of not Plan B. If your of age and not married I think this is a good option. Your faith depending how strong will play a factor. Who knows about your pregnancy?? If no one or 1 or 2 then I say do it. You may regret it, but your life will be better. You will be able to enjoy being young b4 you really want to settle down.

I was in the same situation, but I chose life for my baby (and BTW, it wasn't that hard to decide, because it wasn't my life to choose, it was my babies)...I never thought The Lord would provide for us the way He has, it amazes me everyday! My Husband was offered an incredible job, our bills are always paid, and I don't even have to work, I get to stay home with my little angel...No, life is not always perfect, but I learned a lot through this whole ordeal, and am VERY thankful that I followed my heart. I hope you decide to keep your little baby, and God bless.

WOW! What a tough decision...
You need to do what you think is best. Is having a baby something you can handle right now? Where are you in your life? Are you financially stable enough to raise a baby? Are you strong enough to give it up for adoption?
You had a tough decision to make. Your faith may mean a lot to you, but please look at all your options. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Email me if you want to talk more.

Abortion is murder no matter what the circumstances or how old the baby is. Please don't kill your unborn child. They deserve a chance to live! God bless.

Why have a baby you are not ready for it is your body and you are more important than your embryo......but next time use a better birth control method.
