have all had, when investigated, a normal
explanation.

ondition. It is random and can't be predicted. Though I believe there has been documented proof of it we don't know what causes it. That's y it's "spontaneous" and therefore can't b controlled.

IF it existed and IF it were available to them, they would use it. Terrorists use every possible means available to them to inflict maximum casualties and death.
