Need to check the rear suspension linkage is working, its pretty common for them to seize up when not maintained properly. may need a full dismantle and re-greasing (doesnt have any grease fittings) If your real unlucky it will need a full set of bearings which is going to cost about $400.00 just for parts. Its not a very comfortable seat either
