Yes. Not only in NC but in all states. If you refuse, you shouldnt be going to public schools funded by tax payers.

Absolutely.

There's nothing in the constitution that says the govt can't make people prove they are loyal to this country. And anyone who has a problem with that obviously isn't loyal to this country.
