I am glad I don't have this dilema. I live in good ol Southern California where I have all three within 30 minutes. So I guess my answer is all three.

Beach. All three can have beautiful scenery but lets say we get stranded. The beach has plenty of water, you can catch fish & other edible water animals pretty easily, you can stay in shape by swimming or running along the beach, and you can take shelter under the palm trees, given there ARE any. Plus you can get a nice tan while you wait to be rescued :-)

All three can be located along the Baja, California route. The only problem its in Mexico. Cheap everything there along with public services and water...
