The liberals' ignorance isn't ruining our country, the lack of backbone in the people who tolerate their crap is.
If the honest, hard working Americans would all just take a single day and study what their elected representatives and the candidates running for their offices think and do, we'd all be a lot better off and the vast majority of the criminals in D.C. would be sent packing.
My impression is that most people who vote democrat don't even know what they are really voting for. They are voting for whom they have been told to vote. Most people are democrats until they learn about government.

Honey, I'm not a Democrat.
And I actually voted for President Bush in 2000 (although I didn't make the same mistake in 2004).
Your distasteful questions and comments belies your own ignorance.
Perhaps you do not think for yourself.
Do you let the far right fundamentalists (who've taken over the GOP) fill your empty head with their political rhetoric?
It would seem so.
And for the record, Bush campaigned as a "joiner, not a divider".
Can you offer a shred of evidence that he has tried to join our nation together?
The only ignorance ruining our great nation is that of the White House and the Republican-controlled Congress.
I am ashamed that the party of Lincoln has resorted to lies (as in the Iraq war), invasion of personal rights (as in the Terri Schiavo case) and outright abandonment of our citizens (as in the Hurricane Katrina survivors).
That is not ignorance...that's a disgrace.
