Unfortunately, I have never been good at making instant decisions but I can definitely nominate some of my all time favourites for the post of funniest ever.
Chris Addison, Dara O Briain (Irish), Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, John Cleese, Ed Byrne (Irish) and Rhod Gilbert (Welsh) are definite contenders for the coveted spot of best comedian.
I hope you are successful in your quest for comedic enlightenment! ^^

I liked Les Dawson as a stand-up but Kenneth Horne was so funny on the wireless all those years ago.

On reflection Kenneth Horne would have the edge.

I forget the name of the programme now.

I dont like your name by the way. You should be banned.
