Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

I've been told by a specialist in laser hair removal that it's not permanent, 20% of your hair with be gone for good and the rest sheds itself over the time you go in and have it does b/c it usually take 6 visits to get a result and then it grows back thinner and at a slower rate of growth. You may need to go back every 6mths to have it done again.

I would not take my chances. It has not been around as long as electrolysis. That is what I am in the process of doing. Take a look at the laser photos gone bad. U will see. Do some research then you will B confident on UR decision! Not having hair to mess w/ is Cool!
