I ate at Waffle House this morning with three friends. The food is good. The servers could be happier. The restaurants could be cleaner. It's all OK.

Well we were traveling through the south last week and there was a Waffle House on every corner! We tried to eat at one Saturday morning but they were all PACKED! So we never did. They are pretty small.

I LOVE Waffle House. Wish they had them here in the north. When driving through the south I always stop for Scattered, Smothered and Covered Hashbrowns. The places are greasy spoons, but the waitresses all call you Honey and the food is great and reasonably priced.

I like waffle house, but I prefer the ihop. There's more selection & easier to get to in traffic, but waffle house is good too.

They did a tv survey of the top 10 family resteraunts in the US and counted down the ones with the most critical violations (ie things they were doing that could effect your health and the safety of your food) waffle house was way in #1 with like 1500 critical violations and they showed a clip of someone handling raw bacon with bare hands then handling toast w/o washing!!! I think it's gross!!

Waffle house is awesome. I live in NYC and there is no waffel house for like an 8hr drive. I travel alot and the last time I was in Atlanta I took a $40 cab ride by myself to have my sunday breakfast there. Pecan Waffels and Texas Toast are awesome.

I luv their pecan waffle...not a fan of their dinner entrees though...they cover everything with american cheese. My brother in law worked there as a teenager as a cook
its a crazy system when they call out the orders and the cook puts a grape jelly on the plate and thats how he remembers what your having
