i have cad, and was told i also now had the crystalization in the blood stream.

Coronary artery disease is accumulation on the inner walls of the vessels that supply the heart muscle with blood, and it results in narrowing of the lumen or opening in the center of the vessels. By the way, it is going on in all the arteries in your body also. Under the microscope, this "hardening" is composed of fibrous tissue (scar), inflammation and cholesterol crystals. Medically it is termed "atheroma".

That is the only context that I can think of where the word crystalization would come up with this disease.

I think they mean clotting in the bloodstream that is clogging up the arteries of your heart.
