You're lying. You're making all this up, aren't you?
How do I know?
1) This sounds exactly like a teenager trying to "put on" adults and make them look like fools by taking your question seriously, or you're just trying to be a comedian.
2) NO Science Fair would allow you to stimulate ANY dolphins in ANY way, much less with a toilet plunger!
3) NO teenager would have such access to a dolphin to perform an experiment on them, especially one involving a toilet plunger.
4) the purpose of a science fair is to find out your own answer using the scientific method. And that was thoroughly explained to you by your teachers (if you even bothered to listen). Since you say the "dolphins are not responding well to my stimulus", well, that's your answer. You do not need to ask anyone here! You're entirely missing the point of doing a science fair project.
5) My advice?: Stop lying or trying to be funny, because you are neither. Honesty and respect for others (including animals!) will get you much farther in life than lying and/or joking around.

They motivate many to go into the profession of plumbing. However, most dolphins just end up using them to make those ball in a cup things you see kids playing with in Mexico. In fact, the debate is still going on as to whether dolphins are actually just smart Mexicans.

I know that when Flipper would go to some of those wild Hollywood parties he had a habit of getting lit and wearing one on his head and pretending that he was a unicorn.

It depends WHERE you're putting the plunger, and WHICH end you're using...
Good luck, Flipper dipper!

Ask something worthwhile. This doesn't rate.
