my husband wants to rent the movie tonight; I hate video game's made into movies because they usually have a CHEESE factor!!!

even though the story its kind of stupid. the acting and the creepy monster are really cool. all the monster look so much better than in the game specially.........
The nurses that doesn't have face.........and the best of all is pyramid head which look very cool and scary at the same time.
I really recommend this movie Silent Hill because if you don't like the story, you will sure love the special effects in it.

I hadn't rented the DVD, but I've seen the movie in the theaters and it is an EXCELLENT movie!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you to see this. It's definitely worth watching!

I saw it when it was in the theatre. I really liked it. I know a lot of people didn't. It is different for other movies. Give it a shot you may like it.

The concept was decent and some of the effects were good. The music was cool. But overall I was left wanting...

Oh no, stay well away from that film. It really isn't worth it. I've seen it, wasted a bit of my life there.

the acting is bad.
the plot is dumb
but some of the CG is pretty creepy.
I dont know - give it a shot.
