It would be a great place.. all the buildings be under ground with entrances to the surface. On the surface there would be lots of gardens! There would be lots of Cats and dogs. They would have rights like people have rights! Any abusive behaviour wouldn't be tolerated. Abusive people would be banned from that planet! I like the colors purple and yellow but if they ran together that would clash. Perhaps there'd be a Purple Son and Moon too!
I like the clean round look so house entrances
would be round rather than square.
The only surface buildings would be stores, Plaza's, work centres, and a few schools. Most schooling however would be taught in the home! There would be tree's cause I like tree's
lots of beautiful colored rocks! The system of trading would be bartering! There would be a heaven above (the black space wouldn't be black.. probably be a pale green. There won't be much red in that planet cause I don't like that color. Orange is good though same for pink! The roads would be of yellow brick!
Also you wouldn't have to walk much unless you want to cause on travel paths would be somewhat like conveyors that you stand on and they move in the direction you want to go and you have the ability to stop it when you are at your destination. This eliminates the need for gas, cars, trucks etc. These would exist for pleasure though! Gas would not get used up.. it be recycled in the vehicle if the vehicle used it! There of course have to be food in my planet
Just as tasting as the food we eat here but it won't make us sick! There'd be no disease and no doctors! People be able to do whatever they want and wear whatever they want! There's just one law.. No hurting anyone at anytime for any reason. If one attempted that
they be teleported to a planet made for those
that disobeyed the rules on my planet!

You are definitely going to be my last question of the evening but I like this question so am going to stay up just for you.
It would be quite small so that it was easy to maintain and I could get around on it without having to travel far. I would like to be able to walk, bike or row a boat from one country to another without getting knackered.
It would have a lot of trees, rivers and lakes - and a small ocean - just enough to have a horizon. It would have several smallish suns that you could look at without going blind and one very big moon. It would have five seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and one (still to be named) that came along half way through Winter. It would be a heatwave and give everyone a chance to warm up and get their clothes off and sit outside in the snow.
Their would be no borders between the countries and no political parties. There would be no weapons of any kind. Everyone would be welcome but anyone getting aggressive or anti-social would get kicked off immediately (well it is my planet). There would be only be non-dangerous animals - I've got nothing against lions etc but I wouldn't want to be forced to put up fences just to not get eaten. No birds in cages or fish in tanks. Lots of cats.
There would be three small cities, one like Venice, one like Oxford and one like Kathmandu. There would be some mountainous areas and a few cable cars going up through the clouds and small towns at the top of one of them. The churches and temples would be here. People could be whatever religion they wished and anyone displaying religious intolerance would get kicked off to the same place as the anti-social.
Everyone would be appreciated for what they contributed to the planet but doctors, nurses, teachers and scientists would be paid the most. There would be no TV but there would be radio and cinema and theatre. Also lots of music. Everyone would be taught to play a musical instrument or dance or do some form of art when they were a child.
It would be all peaceful and lovely. Then, I expect, one day the anti-social, aggressive, anti-religious planet would blast us out of existence.

The air would be crystal clear. The water would be cold and so fresh, it would be almost sweet.
I would create the correct geological conditions for permanent, safe geothermal energy, making living free of pollution.
Plants would be engineered to satisfy like meat does. Others would be engineered to produce highs without addiction or health.
Weapons would not be needed, because there would be no need to guard possessions, because everything is free.

Cool question! :) Oh and i think "Philosophy" is the perfect category for it. Umm...lets see, if i owned my own planet..it would look the land of Hyrule from the game Zelda...hehe sorry i play alota video games. :D Its a pretty nice place though, its got everythin, its got a derserty/canyon area with amazin waterfalls, woods with lil fairies always floatin about, water-cities, cute lil villiages hehe. I would just like to be peaceful, full of happy creatures of all kinds, and everybody would get the chance to fulfill their dreams. That would be nice......

Earth belong to us as One race/humanity/human beings but it is truth that one person can lead whole planet and everyone who live on its surface. World we live in have some rules of life we dont approve, understand and dont agree with. God show us dificult to see and to comprehend path to rise in soul might. We make mistakes, kill our kins, fall on greed, selfishness, fears, hatred when it is just one step to turn on giving, sharing, caring, reciving good reputation, respect, trust and love... I WANT EARTH TO BECAME MY PLANET because I was borned here, I live here and I will posibly die here. I have buried many dreams here, many still live in me and I wish I will complite at least ONE that I will be loved by a girl my heart have chosen. I want to change world for her. Ruling planet is a bigest responsibility not a game or small task. Mrok (Gloom) - good is stronger in me
