No. Larger breasts simply have more fat in them--this does not create extra room for milk. The size of the actual mammary glands and quantity of milk production have nothing to do with overall breast size.

No, women's brests produce milk based on the baby's need/desire. In this case, size does not matter.

Good question, but I don't think it has to do with the size of a woman's breast. I think it's the actually size of her Mammary glands.
