Anyone knows why the previous president Billl Clinton almost got impeached for not telling the true of affair with Monica lewinsky but Bush is Getting away with all the lies he used to invade Iraq that has killed so many young American soldiers??

Clinton lied to CONGRESS about getting a bj. Congress has made it illegal to lie to congress. Therefore Clinton was impeached but not convicted and not removed from office.
Bush lied to the American people about starting a war with Iraq. As a result of his lie thousands of American soldiers and tens of thousands of Iraqis have been killed. Billions of dollars have been wasted in fighting the war. This money could have been used to clean up after Katrina if it had not been wasted in Iraq. Americans are hated world wide because of Bush's lie and subsequent war. We now face more terrorism threat than ever because of this hatred.
Congress has not made a law against lying to the American people. They couldn't and wouldn't otherwise they would all be guilty. Lying to the American people is how they are all elected. Since Bush has broken no laws he cannot be impeached.
After stating the facts does this make any sense to anybody?

Damnnittt u all shut up plez. Omg clinton cheated on his wife that is non of our buiness ppl cheat every ****** day. But oh Bush should get off easy ****** up the whole country. My friends parent cheated on each other and they got a divorce damnn u ppl are so ignorant. The thing is thats clintons personal life we should not have an opinion on what someone dose. Clinton actully helped more than Bush, my family were doing fine with money until bush, he's given more money to rich ppl, stupid ***. Bush is a pathetic man, He use to be friends with sadamn or osama, and knew 911 was goin to happen and Katrina,the news warned him about that but did he listen "NO" he jus dismiises it like yea whatever, and look at new orleans jus look at the mother ****** state huh, all those pll and they were mainly black. U now thanx 2 some of u Bush had to be pres. for another term, thanx to him there might be a world war 3. Instead of helping his own ****** country he;ll help Iraq when they don't want are asses there in the first place , he needs to help his own country and stead of everyone elses, he's making everything worse. and told anyone say sometin stupid about what I wroth its my opinion grow up. Bill Clinton was impeached by a Republican controlled Congress. Bush is now president and the Republicans still control Congress. The Senate Republicans aren't going to impeach their boy. The fact that Bush's lies have cost our nation thousands of lives, hundreds of billions of dollars, and the respect of the world mean nothing next to partisan politics.

I'm sorry but what president Clinton did was really stupid. I'm more than certain he is not the only president to have sex in the oval office. I also think that the republicans made way to much out of it for pure spite. It made them look weak just like the hate filled comments far left winger make the democratic party look weak.
But President Clinton was an attorney and any attorney can tell you it is a HUGE crime to lie in court.

1. Clinton WAS impeached.
2. Clinton was impeached for LYING UNDER OATH (PERJURY)
3. Bush has not lied about WMD. Every intelligence agency in the world, as well as Saddam's on generals said there were WMD.
4. If Saddam DID have wmd, and Bush sat on his back side getting a bj, and Saddam used the nukes on us or our interests, you'd REALLY be whining! Following 9/11, Bush wasn't willing to take that chance.
5. Our brave American soldiers VOLUNTEER for the armed forces, and for that I am thankful.

Clinton was asleep at the wheel.
The U.S was attacked 4 time while under Clinton's watch.
Not only should he have been impeached. He should have been jailed. Didn't one of his friends end up mysteriously dead after some dealing?

I loved Clinton, but he lied under oath and that is why he was impeached. Not because he lied about an affair.

To tell you the truth, I think that Lara Bush walks around with blinders on, I mean President is kissing other women in front of the woman, as well as touching other women ie. the chancellor of Germany and kissing Condaleeza Rice on the cheek, pretty sneaky Mr. President . As far as the war goes I believe in the reason that we are there now, not only to fashion their government but also, to keep that life style from migrating over here.

Because what Clinton was doing was guilty of a sexual lie that didn't affect the public. What Bush has done affects many more people, basically all of us. Bush is screwing us all. I think that Bush is more guilty and should be impeached immediately.
