nah, the reason why yahoo is created yahoo answers is because so people can share knowledge from others and also ask questions that they're ashamed of to ask in person, and also an entertainment, so we're not dorks for wasting our time here.

Is Bill Gates a dork? Now, I know he doesn't waste his time on answers. But imagine how much time he's spent on generally developing and improving computers. If a dork is one that spends time trying to learn about the world around them, trying to figure people out, trying to practice writing skills - then I plead guilty - I'm a dork with a capital D! I like answers, cause I get a pulse for what the rest of the folks around the world are doing. I get exposed to a lot of different points of view. Like anything else, I have to watch not to spend too much time here. There's nothing like one on one contact with real friends and family.

No. I mean if you have time & you are bored & have nothing better to do than that doesn't make you a dork. I mean you might be a little weird if you have been a member for less than a month or 2 and have over 3,000 points. Not that anyone has that. I don't think it makes you a dork though.

btw, what is the good definition of a dork?
Personally, I've been helped by answers. Sometimes it's informative, and other times it's a good way to vent.

Hey! Who is "we" when talking about dorks? Don't rate others by your (lack of?) standards. It would seem that if your intelligence was dynamite, there wouldn't be enough to blow your small toe off. I enjoy Answers, and I've learnt quite a lot, despite my 132 IQ. Go well, and God Bless!

I think it depends on how often you use it. Like me I'm only on here when I'm at work so does that make me a dork? If so oh well
