i work for this company for few years and i am still in the same position but because am still in school trying to pursue my bachelor's degree. I feel like am ok where am at. but i just feel depress when i see people move up ahead in just a year. my boss told me if i really want to move up. I have to be aggressive about it. i am not as aggressive because i don't want to be stressed out with school at the same time.

than don't , soak up wat you see around you, plus you are so focus on moving up, have you been focusing on your job? Are you the best one at it? Can they trust you? are you reliable? Make the best in your current position, not for just moving up, but for passion, show that you care, and that when that position open up, you are the best canidate. But for now, there is nothing wrong with you focusing on skool, you should be observing your surroundings and soaking up, as much as you can. So that when you are done with skool, you are able to hold a higher postion that does come with more responsiblities and time (Time!!! that you will have cuz you are done with skool)

most time challenges are not fun, but necessary. in your case, it is a necessity. if you wait until you're done with school, lots of people will have passed you by and you'll have some catching up to do. if you're capable of the workload then I suggest you be more aggressive. put it this way, either be aggressive now and get to where you want to go, OR take it easy and work harder later on in life. better to get the crappy stuff done first.

You are right. You are stressed out enough in school. Give yourself time to finish your BA. That would be a great accompolishment. Then see how you feel.
Also remember, you've been comparing your insides aganist
other peoples outsides.
