First of all Jews are born in Israel.Mjority of them live there and in the United States. Arabs are born in the middle eastern countries and North Africa. Jews wear yamakas ; but Arabs do wear turbans.. And their women wear a veil to cover their faces. More often than not, because it's a tradition, The jewish boy is circumsized and arab is not. The jews use the Koran. Arabs use the quran.

And Rosie C is way wrong on some of her assertions.The Jews do not use the Koran they use the Torah.

Are you seriously saying that you can't see any physical difference between Sammy Davis and OBL? One is a 6'2" white man, the other a 5'6" black man.
If you can see the obvious physical differences between these two men then why did you even ask the question?

No more than there is a physical difference between a Catholic or a protestsant, or a Christian and a Baptist, or a Hindu and a Muslim or a Sikh and a Buddhist or a Taoist and a Confucianist.

The Jewish people trace their ancestry back to Abraham.

God told Hagar to call her son Ishmael, and foretold the enmity between Isaac's and Ishmael's descendants which continues to this day.

for the LORD has heard of your misery.
