White eye liner on the lower lash lid (the 1/16" line just above bottom lashes) makes the eyes look bigger, as does brown for an eye shadow. If you want to make them look wider you can try extending the eye shadow color beyond the lid, but don't use eye liner as this will make your eyes look narrower.
The Pupil is the black circle. The Iris is the color. And since you have brown eyes, you might want to try using a bit of blue eye shadow (along with brown for depth), this will bring the color out more. Curl lashes and apply mascara and you'll be all set. Avoid blush, lip gloss and lips stick as this will just detract attention away from your eyes.

Wear white pencil eyeliner on the inside of your eye. Never wear black eyeliner on the inside because this makes your eye look smaller. YOu should try to wear light eyeshadow colors as they make your eye look bigger and lighter. Also stay away from drawing a thick eyeliner line on top of your eyelid, this will not help you. Wear a lighter concealer under your eyes so that your eyes and your cheek bones stand out.hope this helps I am a professional makeup artiste

White eyeliner, yep that's right... white eyeliner! Just apply it to the skin above the bottom lashes, this makes your eyes pop and look bigger. Try it, it works! This is also a good tip for when you look and feel tired, just apply the liner and no one will ever know you missed those hours of sleep!

You need to put white eyeliner on the inside of the bottom of your eyelid then apply the rest of your liner as usual. Using white on the inside bottom makes your eyes look bigger. Tyra Banks does it.

I have a link here at the bottom that shows how to do make up on your eyes for close set eyes and stuff like that. If you're trying to change the color of your pupil, I don't think that's possible. Have fun!

Wear green eyeshadow it will contrast with the brown of your eyes.
Black eyeliner, Black mascara and maybe fake eyelashes. There are some really neat ones on the market that don't make you look like spiders have decided to nest in your eyelashes.
