I have read and heard that anything over 105 is too hot. You're not supposed to get into hot tubs for this reason (usually they are 110). It's because your baby inside can't regulate temperature like you can. If your core temperature goes up, so does your baby's and it can cause problems. The temp. you've got it at sounds okay, though, from everything I've heard. Sorry. I love hot showers too. I was really annoyed with that myself.

Just take a regular show, use warm water, or turn it to the most comfortable t, cus u'll know yourself when its better & more comfortable for you... I know my hubby takes super hot shower, but i always turn it down to a cooler water cus i feel dizzy from the hot water.. it's just too hot. And espessialy during pregnancy you are the only person that can determine the best t for ur shower of a bath tub water;)

Hubby is being anal. 99-105 is about body temp or just above. You won't hurt the baby with those temps. Your body will protect little thumper from the hot water just fine in this range. The water would have to be hot enough to make you avoit it before you hurt the baby this way.

when they say hot water and to avoid it, they are talking about tub baths and hot tubs, i believe.
taking a hot shower shouldn't hurt your baby. anything too hot for you to stand would be too hot for the baby as well. all you have to do is use common sense and everything is going to just fine....tell hubby to calm down ;)

That's not too hot... and as long as you are not in the shower forever it isn't going to do any damage.
