When I connect to WiFi the speed is 54Mbps. The speed slowly declines to 0 unless I right click the wireless icon and click repair. When I do this it resumes 54Mbsp. I must constantly repair to keep the speed up.

When that happens on my Toshie Satellite, I do the repair thing.. if that doesn't work, then I disconnect.. and then, if that doesn't help, I reset the router, and, occasionally, the modem, as well..

Hi , i'm working in wireless industry and i have worked alot with wireless adapters and Wifi cards.

that Wifi card, denifatley has a problem , try to uninstall the driver if doesn't help , take it to the toshiba customer service.
