What do you want?
Sodium Perchlorate (NaClO4), or, Sodium Chloride (NaCl)?

Sodium Chloride is just normal table salt available at just about every grocery store and restaurant and extremely cheap.

Sodium Perchlorate is an oxidizer which can be used in a number of applications, but it generally not sold in the same types of locations as NaCl.

How much did you want?
How much are you willing to pay?
What do you plan on using it for?

It is possible to make NaClO4 from NaCl using an electrolytic cell, although it would require some knowledge of electrochemistry...are you up to that instead?

You can get "Perc" from a dry cleaning supply company. Maybe your dry cleaners will sell you a little. It's the chemical used in dry cleaning.
