I live in a college town that offers some distinguished restaurants... Thai, Tibetan, authentic Chinese, Mongolian BBQ. They are small places, no no national recognition.
As for chains, I like O'Charleys, Malibu Grill, ummm...
Yeah, I like the local stuff a lot more.
