Basicly the more times you have sex, the more sperm are going to be chasing down the egg. It is true that some times of the day are better than others for having sex, but the more times the greater the chance. It is also true however that most men are going to deploy less sperm each successive time, but a healthy man can ejaculate several times a day. And only takes a couple days to build back up sperm counts. Just remember to make it fun, don't make sex a chore.

The more often you have sex the less sperm comes out each ejaculation. Also to better your chances you might try having sex 2-3 days before ovulation sperm can live up to 3 days in a womans body and it actually takes up to 2 days for the sperm to travel to where your eggs are. Good luck to you.

more then one time a day more then one time what i hope this can help you you can have sex once a day starting 5 days before you ovulate sprem stays alive for 3-5 days having sex more then once a day reduces the sperm count the best thing is to have sex every other day strarting 5 days before you ovulate untill the day you ovulate remain laying down with your hips up for 20 mins

ps you are right to ask- having sex twice in quick succession DOES NOT mean you will get twice as much sperm- you need to give your man a chance to catch up! Hence every other day.

yes u should have your mate go to pregnancy..com and click on concive and she will enter the last date of her mensral cycle and then they will give u a list of days that are the best to concive on i did it and was shock to see it works good luck
