71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
8 have been arrested for shoplifting
21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

Sounds like ordinary statisitics to me, 6 percent abuse their spouses, probably more and the others don't sound that out of whack in our society. Probably a place where people are underpaid, abused, oppressed and frustrated so take it out on those around them or have to take any job they can to pay their debts. Could it be WalMArt?
