During the scene in Mission Impossible where Ethan Hunt goes down from the rope, is it possible to have that same balance for that amount of time? Is there other bad physics in the movie?

Movies tell a story very quickly many events in there are not matching reallity ;however its made in such a way no one realize that its impossible. For Example falling fall a bacony and you just made it by hanging down the ledge of a window by your pinky? A superhuman pinky does not exist. So everything is exagerated.
That why they call it impossible.

Most movies and TV shows have a lot of bad physics. Good physics don't make for great special effects.
