Your body is always covered with bacteria -- everyone's not just *yours*.
Some of that bacteria needs a warm, moist place to multiply.
Sweat evaporates from some parts of your body faster than others, so the bacteria there mostly just sits and waits for someting good to happen.
Other parts of your body, such as your armpits and crotch, hold onto the perspiration longer, creating cozy places for the bacteria to divide and multiply (so to speak). Once they hit a critical mass -- boom! -- they start to stink.
That's why people don't put deodorant on their forearms.

Areas that don't get much air (armpits) stink more because there is no way to dry the sweat. And some areas of the body have more sweatglands. Plus there are areas of your body that have other glands (in your genital areas) that create even a different odor.

Because our bodies have thousands of skin pores and sweat glands in specific areas to perform our normal functions. Its healthy to sweat off toxins and other chemicals from our bodies. Even though ladies want to always be fresh and smell like sweet rose. Also in different places of our body we secrete in different levels depending on activity or conditions.

I suppose it depends on how much air flow gets there. BO is caused by bacteria that eat the sweat and poop out the smell. Armpits, groin, and butts will smell more because of the confined space. That and the rear has more than just sweat down there.

Two ways.
1. Where the most bacteria gets trapped. I think you probably know a few examples.
2. Certain glands produce a stronger stink. Like fore example the armpits.

The odor of sweat is caused by bacteria. Bacteria thrive in warm, dark places with little air, which means that warm, dark, airless places on the body, like the armpits and groin, allow more bacteria to grow there, which causes more smell.

There are different types of sweat glands -- those in your armpits and groin secrete different from the sweat on your arms or legs.

bacteria causes the odor in sweat. In places where sweat cannot evaporate quickly and easily, it provides a good environment for more bacteria to grow.
