I am the operations manager for a branch of a company I work for and am currently working on a marketing strategy to build our revenu for the company by getting contracts together for propertys that may want to contract us. what is a good strategy for this?

well, what do you have to offer that no one can?
Your unique service, is the key use that as your goal for the company for this year.
What are the man things that your clients are worried about.
Your clients just need to know that you can be trusted and that serivice will always be handled in a professional efficent way.
so:
do some research on your clients and future clients.
Pick one desire that they have and make it your goal of the year.
Focus on that goal and ways to accomplish it.
Tell your clients about it/
