They make me replace every garbage can in the entire store. Clean the stock room completly. A room filled with garbage and boxes up to my head. Then I have to take all the carts at the stock room outside. Then I have to bring the defected items to the stock room and put them in the empty toats. Then the bathrooms and fitting rooms must be swept clean. Then you have to run outside, sweap the parking lot and collect every shopping cart in the parking lot. meanwhile you have to deal with every spill that comes your way. is $7.40 an hour enough money for going through all that crazyness?

That what a job without an education will get you. It is hard work and you can only do what you can. But it is honest work and honest hard work never killd anyone. Crazy, no garbage is big buisness. Someone has got to do it.

First, be thankful you are able to work and have a job...
secondly, strive to be the very best cleaner that place has ever had..show a greatful attitude...you don't know who might be watching you.
Many many successful people began cleaning the floors and emptying the trash...there is growth in every task we perform. - while sleeping the floor, you just might come up with an inventive idea for a better way to sweep..
and, who knows, you may end up being the boss someday!!

That is a lot of work but it is a job nonetheless. You should think about going to college and working towards a job that you will enjoy and make the money that you can live off of successfully. I've worked my share of terrible jobs but managed to get through school and have a job now that I can be self-supportive and have a home, car, etc. My job is a lot harder than most of the jobs that I worked through school but it is so rewarding and worth it.

Nobody is making you do any of these things.
These are tasks that must be done on a daily basis. You agreed to take the job for the hourly wage offered. Consider these duties your opportunity to impress your employer with your willingness to do these tasks to the best of your ability.
Many of the rich people you refer to got to the top because they were enthusiastic and worked hard when they were in your position.
Job promotions are not given,,they are earned.

you clearly hate this job, so unless the reasons why can change, which it sounds they can't, start looking for a new job. hating your work will spill over into the rest of your life. go find something that makes you happy, and if not happy, content. don't quit until you have a start date at your new place though, and try to give the courtesy of a 2 week notice to this job, if not at least a week notice. never burn bridges, they alwasy come back to bite you in the ***.

If your serious and you have "guts" you will make a change. Won't be easy - no changes are! Lots of options for you. Go the route I did and I can help you.
What is important to you. For me is was: $$$, freedom. quality (family) time, low initial cost (NOT FREE!!!), chance for creativity, challenge and the chance to work with large numbers of positive people.
After much homework I found it all and more at:
http://TopFreedoms.com
Should you want to check it all out make sure you complete their brief 5 item form. Best move I've made in years.

It's what you were hired to do and what you agreed to accept, but No, you should not keep the job. It's not necessarily that you are underpaid, but you clearly don't like this job. From an employer's point of view, you are probably paid too much if you begrudge doing what you were hired for.
