I've watched the girl who does my nails and she makes a flower by puting 4 or 5 dots of polish in a circle with a toothpick or fine brush, how a little kid draws flowers, and taking a toothpick or sewing needle and pulling each of the dots into the center of the circle. Or they look tropical if you pull the dots outward, away from the center. Then put another color in the center and you've got the flower finished. Then you can add whatever you want, like leaves or glitter to make it snazzy! Good Luck!

When I had it done, they used a toothpick to make a ring of tiny dots for petals, then glued a rhinestone in the middle for the flower center. Try practicing on paper first, and when you get the technique down, do your nail.

Use the tip of a very fine brush to make dots where you want the petals-- pull slightly toward the center of your flower. The polish will flow together. When that has dried, use a different color to make a tiny dot in the middle. After it all has dried, be sure to coat with top coat. Have fun!

Sorry, I never heard of insturtions.
Did you mean instructions? Or is it something new that I've never heard of or seen?
