Curiosity. So many of the intelligent animals on earth, including humans, are curious, it hard to image aliens advanced enough to build spaceships wouldn't be naturally curious. Without curiosity, how would science advance?

I doubt they would need anything from us. However, they may want our resources. There are probably lots of planets with abundant resources, but perhaps none as close to their home-world as earth. If aliens are anything like humans, they have probably used up many of their own resources.

Biological experiments on humans are unlikely. They may study one or two humans, but that is probably all they would need.

As it was said in "Contact" ... If there is no one else out there, then its certainly a waste of a lot of space. I do believe there are other lifeforms in the universe. And I have seen a UFO. The question can be reversed. Why are we trying to go to other planets and explore. Its "human nature" to be curious. Perhaps other lifeforms on other planets have that same trait. Just curiosity.

Most like just to observe and probably laugh at how much better their technology is then ours. I believe there are a beings from other galaxies and that the government does have proof of this but they just don’t want the people finding out.

look i am all for aliens but come on why would they want to vist us
we kill each other over religion, land, oil, color, and number of other things
if a green one eyed alien came down he would know we are a bunch of crazy folks that hate things different for us (well some of us) it would be a death sentence for the aliens
so i think they might stop by to laugh at us but never stick around to be seen or caught.

Where I live there are a lot of cattle ranches. There have been many mutilations and the thing that they all have in common is that the sex organs are always cut out. So my idea is that they have lost their ability to reproduce and may be trying to save their existence.

Just like humans, there are different races of aliens. Some want to take us over, some want to protect us, and some just observe us.

Exploration. I believe God created life in other places besides Earth. If we had the ability I know we would explore other galaxies, so therefore it is logical to assume if there is life out there and they have the ability then they will explore ours.
