Guns N Roses is Axel. The rest of the band split and became Velvet Revlover.

Yes. Axl(or to be more specific what's left of him) is still the lead singer of the band.In fact, he is the band at the moment. The other ex-members have their own band called Velvet Revolver. If you ask me, Guns'n'Roses will never be the same without Slash,and the album Chinese Democracy has been quite of a disappointment to me.

To the best of my knowledge, Axl Rose owns the band name, so without Axl, there is no Guns 'N Roses.

He is, supposedly (It's Axl, btw) but never believe that GnR show is actually going to happen until it has happened. They are notorious for cancelling shows.
