Has any book collectors heard of a book The Marvelous Story of Man from 1884?

I have it but can't find anything about it. I checked on Abebooks and just regular searches.

try ebay- there was a copy sold with that title (106 Year old book pretty much dealing with a multitude of different Religions, Secret Sects, Witchcraft, Idols...All kind of Oddities.) You might be able to find another one to bid on- or the sellar might be able to contact the winning bidder for you if possible
