Assuming you really mean Melatonin, then unlikely. The Brain produces this naturally, and it's available without prescription. Check the lable or ask a Pharmacist!
In clinical trials, Melatonin only produced an average increase in sleep of around 10 minutes. As a sleeping tablet, it's not very affective. Good luck!! x
