I wanted to know what stats people are using to evaluate their baseball teams. I know that ERA, OPS, and slugging percentage as well as Batting Average are used, but what others are good indicators of how well a team is doing?

Run differential is a good indicator. If a team has a good run differential(diff between runs scored and allowed), they will generally perform well.
