Wear a 'mask' so that you won't feel like you moved. Besides, you will then help them fit into their new surroundings .. giggle / just kidding.
Animal control would seem to be the common answer to your question; however, please contact a professional animal removal service before attempting raccoon control. For Raccoon Control ~ replace loose roofing shingles, repair any holes near eaves or soffits of the roof. Limit access to the roof by trimming trees and shrubs. Garbage cans with tight-fitting lids may help keep out most raccoons; however, wiring the cans shut may be necessary if they can be tipped over.
All tips may help prevent and control raccoons from entering your home or attic. Once you have a raccoon problem, raccoon trapping is your only solution.
Good luck

I feel for you. But you (as in your neighborhood) reaps what it sows. If they didn't start feeding the raccoons in the first place, and if they didn't feed their pets outdoors, the raccoons would be less likely to stick around.
The sad thing is, now all these raccoons have a death sentence lurking over them. It's sad.
I rehabilitate at least 40 raccoons a year, and have never had this type of problem in any of the areas that they are released in.

Call the county animal control. Raccoons could have rabies or other things. They can hurt your pets and they will eat any fish that anyone has in a fish pond. They will knock over trash cans and make a huge mess. Get them out!!
