I would like to form deals with local restaurants to collect the WVO for biodiesel purposes and would like to see if anyone has any contracts out there for this that I could use as reference. Your help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

You might want to go to a Business attorney just starting out in the field or to a university that has a law school and ask one of the profs if the students could form a small business contract between restaurant owners and you for supplying used cooking oil to you. It's just a shot in the dark. Could do two things, give you a good working contract and give the students experience in their field.

It's just a shot. Good luck;

You can rig up a strainer at your house and make your own batches of fuel. Pretty cool!
It looks like your are a one man show. You may be the first to do this on a larger scale.
Just go ask locally and get started collecting your own contacts and take it home. Good luck!

No, I work in the waste managment industry and know what you are talking about.
If nobody can provide you with one, just go to some restaurants, offer a quote, tell them that you want a copy of the contract, be honest. Somebody will do it. Guaranteed.
