If both of you are in the same corporate network and you use microsoft outlook then you can recall the message. The message will be recalled if the recipient has not read it. To recall the message do the following:
Go to the sent items, open the mail and click on Actions and click on "Recall this message..."
Do not attempt to do this if you are not using the same Microsoft Exchange (corporate network) and Outlook. Otherwise the recall will sent anther email that tells that the user wants to recall the message.
The best option at this point is to appologize...

If you are using Microsoft exchange. There you have an option to recall the email and that works only if the user has not read that email yet.
Else
The only thing you can do is APOLOGIZE now. Once an email or an arrow is shot it does not come back.

If its from aol-aol or some other networks, there may be an un-send button, but it doesnt always work. Make up an excuse or apology quick, 99% of the time you can't take it back. Unles you want to log into their account (illegal), its sent. Sorry, not everythings perfect.
Good luck, i hope you find an excuse

I would advise that you find someone to blame this on, maybe your parents are someone who is jealous of your (possible) good looks. Either way, make sure you discredit them to the point that they seem capable of doing any horrible thing.

no way. once you've sent it, it's gone forever. The only way is to delete it from his/her email mailbox but i shouldn't do it. I'd rather sent him an excusing email....

If you are using Outlook you can try to recall the message, but I don't think most other ones have that option.
