Silkroad Online: I cant run it?

i always get this message

Windows cannot access the specified path.

anyone knows how to solved this?

ive uninstall-reinstalled a couple of times now.

Some times using the uninstall feature doesn't remove everything. Have you tried going into the C: drive and searching for all the files related to the game????
